Delivery Times

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery within major cities in Pakistan typically takes 2-4 business days. For remote areas, please allow 5-7 business days.

Shipping Charges

We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan. Orders over PKR 10,000 qualify for complimentary premium shipping.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Perfumes and skincare products cannot be returned if unsealed due to hygiene reasons.
• You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders).
